KR Thermopack has manufactured thermocol (EPS) packaging from our own facility at Bone Mill Complex, Sohna Road, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad since 1990. The 3-acre plant runs EPS moulding lines producing blocks, sheets and custom-moulded packaging, backed by an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.
Our group also operates its own EPS resin production — North India's largest, at 8,000 MT/month — so raw material supply for Faridabad orders is controlled in-house rather than bought in on the open market. That vertical integration is one reason we hold over 200 dedicated aluminium moulds for pharmaceutical cold-chain packaging, built for clients who cannot afford supply delays.
Unlike most thermocol suppliers in the Faridabad and Delhi NCR belt, we also manufacture corrugated boxes on the same site — see our corrugated box manufacturing in Faridabad. That means a moulded EPS insert and its outer carton can be sourced from one factory, made to fit each other.
Every batch checked, from bead to finished pack
Under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, incoming EPS bead is verified before it enters production, density and dimensions are checked at moulding and cutting stages, and every consignment goes through a documented pre-dispatch inspection before it leaves the Faridabad plant — with batch records kept for traceability.
