Delhi NCR companies buying EPS packaging often deal with a trader reselling someone else's moulding. KR Thermopack manufactures directly — from our own ISO 9001:2015 certified, 3-acre facility in Ballabhgarh, Faridabad — and supplies businesses across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida and Faridabad itself from that single plant.

Our group also produces its own EPS resin — North India's largest, at 8,000 MT/month — so material supply for NCR orders doesn't depend on outside vendors. That vertical integration underpins our pharmaceutical cold-chain work: over 200 dedicated aluminium moulds engineered to hold temperature in transit for vaccines, diagnostics and medicines moving through the region.

NCR clients closer to our Faridabad plant — including those in Faridabad itself — benefit from shorter lead times and the option to inspect production in person before committing to a run.

EPS is around 98% air by volume, so it uses far less raw material than solid plastic packaging and adds very little to freight weight — and it is 100% recyclable. Process scrap from our Faridabad plant is recovered through in-house regrind and reused rather than sent to landfill.
