A made-to-order corrugated carton with a moulded EPS insert fitted inside — the outer box ships and stacks while the thermocol cradle immobilises and cushions the product. We build both halves under one roof, so carton and insert fit each other exactly. ABB ships electric motors in these packs; Bio-Rad moves temperature-sensitive vaccine diagnostics in them.
